Alston’s career has spanned diverse positions — from head football coach of Columbus East High School in Ohio to assistant director of student financial aid at a major university.  As an educator, he’s taught English, biology, health, life sciences, and math curricula.  Additionally, he has been instrumental in the promotion of bodybuilding and in the direction of physical education programming.

Harvey has also served in business management and supervisory positions in the food and restaurant industry.  As supervisor, he was able to help alter the attitude of employees.  With his No. 1 record in business, it gives him insight to the many aspects of positive customer service.

Harvey has spoken to millions of people who have benefited not only from his knowledge, but from his wisdom.  He's has also authored four books, including Be The Best and Black Males.
