As a 20-year veteran Certified Parks & Recreation Professional with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), Gail worked in the hospitality and leisure industry since 1986 organizing special events, facilitating professional/personal development, social and educational programs. She is currently a trained facilitator for the Benefits Movement and a member of the CAPRA accreditation team visiting agencies in the recreation industry around the world to qualify them for accreditation through NRPA. As an affiliate of the World Laughter Tour™, Gail promotes peak performance through playful professionalism by facilitating fun and effectiveness to energize individuals and organizations around the world through laughter sessions, upbeat keynotes, and workshops. As a Certified Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI®) Facilitator, Gail is qualified to administer assessment tools profiling the values and motivations behind behaviors for individuals and teams with respect to Relationship Awareness®. These valid and reliable tools render quick and remarkable results in a non-judgmental way that individuals and teams can use to predict and understand behaviors and communication styles both in and out of conflict at work or at home.
