Topics:

Module One:  Get Ready For Health Care Reform
Much has been said about the Health Care Reform package. Much of it is inaccurate. We set the record straight, providing attendees objective information gained from non-political, non-partisan sources. Then we offer several strategies that can help people negotiate the inevitable changes that are sure to prompt important changes in every American's life.

Module Two:  Safe Alternatives to the Stock Market
We discuss the pros and cons of taking risk in today's stock market environment. The old nomer “You have to take risks to get the rewards” is probably not as accurate as it once was. People need to know about the “Perfect Storm” – the convergence of five major negative trends converging simultaneously that can devastate their financial future if they don’t do anything about it. There are several great alternatives to the stock market. People don’t have to give up productivity to have their money safe.

Module Three:  Wills and Trusts (with an accompanying attorney)
We give the straight scoop on the difference between a Will and a Trust. Most people have heard misinformation concerning both of these legal documents. We project that all those in attendance will leave the lecture knowing exactly which each document does or does not do.

Module Four:  Long Term Care
This topic is one that concerns almost every person over fifty. We educate attendees about the statistics, the options and the many ways to pay for long-term care. Bonus: How people can protect their assets from the Medicaid Recovery process by partnering with the state. We also profile a little-known Veterans Administration program called the Aid and Attendance Program that can help veterans and their families pay for high medical costs.

Module Five:  Final Expense
There are many ways to pay for your final arrangements. We want people to know the difference between pre-paid funerals and funeral trusts. Also, the total menu of strategies available to people to ensure the final service they want and the best ways to pay.
