Not Your Typical Motivational Speaker

Although Vinny's message is simple, the effects are profound.  Vinny doesn't look like your typical motivational speaker.  He doesn't sound like your typical motivational speaker. And don't expect him to warm the cockles of your heart.

Vinny also didn't read a bunch of motivational books. But he listens and he asks questions. Questions like, “What time is lunch.".

So what qualifies Vinny to speak to you? Everyone knows that, “Men are from Mars and Women are from Venus”, Vinny's got an Uncle From Newark … with a lot time on his hands, and together they have created the Bada Bing Philosophy. Motivation for the Average Person.

At the heart of the Bada-Bing are three simple tools called the F-Factor : Fun, Focus and Fervor.  First and foremost, you have to have fun.  But fun without focus (the second "F") can be frivolous, which brings us to the third “F,” Fervor.  That's an “F” word that means passion.

"Fervor brings it all together. That's why you have to fuel your fervor. Fueling your Fervor is about finding ways to express yourself in your day-to-day job, and taking pride in your work, even if other people don't notice. Because it’s not about them, it's about you.  It's always been about you."

"And it's important to be passionate about your work. If you're not, chances are you won't work hard enough to be any good. And believe me, it's always better when you are good at something. So we need to find ways to bring fervor into everything we do.  And that starts with having more fun.  Now we've gone full circle.  Actually it's more of a trapezoid.  A trapezoid that makes up the Bada-Bing Philosophy." All This In One Hilarious Keynote.

Take time to watch and listen to Vinny's style and his unique way of looking at things.  Vinny can customize his presentation to fit your needs. This is customized reinforcement that will:  Fire up a sales team • Wake up a mandatory training • Motivate laughter

Buy the Slice:

You've seen it: Attendees at a conference walking around in the morning, eyes glazed over from information overload, too much partying, or just plain boredom. You can see your ROI going down the drain. Give Vinny 30 minutes and he'll give them a slap in the face, metaphorically speaking, of course. He'll wake up any group and have them ready to absorb your crucial message.

Buy the Pie:

With a style unlike any other motivational speaker, Vinny can host your conference and keep the energy level high all day and into the night. He'll open the meeting with his wacky motivational wisdom and insight into your agenda. He'll introduce and summarize speakers throughout the day, and pepper your schedule with his street-smart humor. He'll visit breakout sessions, emcee an awards banquet or spice up a raffle drawing.

Whether you order up a taste or the works, Vinny never skimps on the cheese.

Vinny was born in Brooklyn when the Dodgers were still in town and he received his education on the streets of New York. Vinny’s life was going nowhere fast until, at the age of 42, a homeless man (and a robbery conviction) turned his life around. Vinny overcame a total lack of ambition and left the “family” business to become a successful motivational speaker. He breaks down the motivational metaphors and profound parables into one big chunk of Gorgonzola. He takes on the sacred cows and tells it like it is: “You don't touch my cheese, let alone move it.”

How did Vinny Verelli get to be the foremost expert on Negativity Management? "That's easy", Vinny says. "I started with a short term plan to address long-range goals on a wide variety of narrowly-focused issues. In other words, I Made up." Managing negativity is easy with the Bada Bing Philosophy and the three simple tools that make up the F-Factor.

F-Factor stands for Fun - Focus - Fervor.  These three simple tools will allow you to accomplish anything … or at least be happy with what you've got.  After all, if you’re having fun where you are, who’s to say you should be somewhere else?

Vinny didn't have to break any arms to get these quotes:

There's not much to laugh about in health care these days, but you helped put difficult situations in perspective with your no-nonsense, take-no-prisoners, street-smart approach. My members are still talking about the 3 F's.
-- Toni M. Fatone, Executive VP, Connecticut Association of Health Care Facilities

Your presentation was an absolute RIOT! I am still hearing from participants about your performance.

Jon's performance at our annual conference as Vinny Verelli was second to none. He was an event planners dream to work with as he was very accommodating when the schedule shifted or he had to do some quick thinking on his feet. I would recommend Jon as a speaker to anyone looking for a professional and entertaining MC.
-- Kristi Conti, Event Coordinator, SHNIER, Gesco

Having years of experience listening to motivational speakers (ZZZZZzzzzzzz), I found Vinny Verelli to be the most interesting, relevant, fall-out-of-your-seat funniest of them all. You far exceeded my expectations and you definitely won over the Prewett family. Your delivery, honesty, humor and simplicity of message caught the attention of what is normally a very tough audience. Even my 3 kitchen designers, Pauly, Silvio, and Dom got it.
-- Bob Rosenzweig, Showroom Manager Atlanta Kitchen & Bath

... a fabulous addition to our worldwide franchise partner conference ... Vinny delivered an inspirational message, with his own sense of style that was right on target and very well received. So get off your butt and hire Vinny!
-- Steve Romaniello, President and CEO, FOCUS Brands

-- Steve Johnson, Distribution Control Center Supervisor, Georgia Power

I appreciated the way you took the time to get to know us before your presentation. That tells me you were sincere in your efforts and knew how to “get through to us.”  Your “roasting” of me was a riot; although done in a humorous manner, it was tasteful and right on target. My people just loved it.
-- Doug Peetz, Director of Financial Services, Georgia Department of Juvenile Justice

Vinny not only customized his program to relate to my staff's everyday stresses, but he made them laugh about things that they were complaining about just days before. I highly recommend Vinny for a fun, relaxing stress buster and your staff will return to their everyday routine with a whole new outlook on life!!
-- Tim Haller, Lima City Schools

We appreciate the time and effort that you took to get to know our business, our “lingo,” and our “darkest secrets.” Your speech was not only motivating and captivatingly amusing, but heartfelt.
-- Ann Emmerson, President, Connecticut Apartment Association

Your simple approach to motivation by way of Negativity Management was enjoyable and easy for us common Southern folks to grasp. You brought us laughter, which is a motivational tool all its own, allowing us to relax and our negative thoughts to dissipate.
