Clyde Ray Webber is a graduate of Louisiana College where he finished in the quarter of the class that made the upper three quarters possible.
He has been Clerk of Court for over 35 years and has been re-elected nine times, much to his and other's astonishment. Clyde Ray said he got into politics because it was inside work and the Courthouse was air-conditioned.
He is a much sought after Humorist, speaking on such topics as "Laugh More to Live and Love Longer" or "A Visit to the Boneyard".
